Refund Policy
At SiMel Hair, every service is carried out with over 24 years of expertise, genuine care, and your complete satisfaction in mind. We want every client to leave feeling confident, beautiful, and truly happy with their results.
Services: Because hair services involve professional time, skill, and bespoke products applied directly to you, we are unable to offer refunds once a service has been completed. However, your satisfaction genuinely matters to us. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your appointment, please contact us within 48 hours of your visit—we will always do our very best to make things right, whether that means a complimentary adjustment or further consultation.
Treatments and Retail Products: Unopened retail products purchased in-salon may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unused condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. We regret that we cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons.
Appointments and Deposits: Deposits paid to secure appointments are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice. We do, however, warmly welcome the opportunity to rearrange your booking at a mutually convenient time.
